Qualifications Required
Assistant Director
The assistant director will primarily be responsible for staff recruitment, training, conflict resolution, retention, and satisfaction, as well as ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the center. The assistant rirector will be ‘director qualified' and will closely assist the director in all of the director's duties and responsibilities listed above. Similarly, the Assistant Director should have the same set of knowledge, skills and abilities as the center director as she / he will be in charge at the times the director is not available.
Qualifications
Equivalent of a four-year degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA with a plan to obtain a four year degree. Minimum of three years of lead teaching experience.
