Assistant Teacher

Perform duties that are instructional in nature for students. A Lead Teacher has ultimate responsibility for the design and implementation of educational programs and services. A Floater is an extra set of hands, and may fill in a classroom in his or her program at any time. Main objectives include teacher and student assistance, substitute teaching, and teacher satisfaction.

Qualifications

The equivalent of a CDA or two years of classroom experience in an early childhood education setting with a plan outlined for obtaining a CDA.
