Prepare menus and cook large quantities of food. Main objectives include nutritionally balanced meals and equipment cleanliness.
Qualifications
Culinary degree or 10+ years experience preparing meals for large numbers. Experience with nutrition planning for young children a plus. Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and experience with foods of cultural diversity. Experience in working with local regulatory bodies and compliance with board of health regulations, working with food purveyors and vendors. Must work within and manage budgets. . Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
