Little Leprechaun maintains the lowest turnover rates in our industry. High turnover has a direct affect on children. New teachers coming and going hampers a child’s willingness to explore and try new things, stifles their ability to thrive, and prevents them from enjoying the emotional comfort that comes from a stable, trusted daily routine. We go to significant lengths to ensure our teachers are happy and satisfied with their career at Little Leprechaun Academy.
